Docs. 257-258). Kmart’s original deadline to submit a reply in support of its Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Mr. Eley is November 8, 2013. Defendants do not object to an additional seven days, up to and including November 15, 2013, to submit the reply motion. Kmart is not aware of any prejudice that would result from the granting of this Motion. Accordingly, Kmart asks this Court to allow it until November 15, 2013 to submit a reply in support of its Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Mr. Eley (Rec. Docs. 257-258). Dated: November 8, 2013
