ALEXANDER Pursuant to Local Uniform Civil Rule 7(b)(4), Plaintiff, Kmart Corporation, asks this Court for an additional seven days, up to and including November 8, 2013, to submit a rebuttal in support of Kmart’s Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Robert H. Alexander (Rec. Docs. 255-256). Kmart’s original deadline to submit a rebuttal in support of its Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Mr. Alexander is November 1, 2013. Defendants do not object to an additional seven days, up to and including November 8, 2013, to submit the rebuttal motion. Kmart is not aware of any prejudice that would result from the granting of this Motion. Accordingly, Kmart asks this Court to allow it until November 8, 2013 to submit a rebuttal in support of its Motion to Exclude the Testimony of Mr. Alexander (Rec. Docs. 261-262).
