ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Presently before the Court is a motion for an extension of time [281] filed by Defendants The Kroger Co., E & A Southeast Limited Partnership, and Fulton Improvements, LLC to respond to Plaintiffs motion in limine to exclude the testimony of James Monohan [263].

Defendants have informed the Court that Plaintiff has no objection to the extension. THEREFORE, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time [281] filed by Defendants The Kroger Co., E & A Southeast Limited Partnership, and Fulton Improvements, LLC is GRANTED. Defendants The Kroger Co., E & A Southeast Limited Partnership, and Fulton Improvements, LLC must respond to Plaintiffs motion in limine to exclude the testimony of James Monohan [263] on or before Friday, November 1,2013.
