Presenting the only menswear shopping experience of its kind in San Francisco. Our San Francsisco store has been buzzing with excitement since the unveiling of our Penthouse this month! Our spectacular Kiton and Brioni boutiques make you feel like you are stepping right into one of their signature boutiques in Italy. Designed to be a place where gentlemen can relax while they shop, the Penthouse will also feature a stunning bar made of patinated zinc and a lounge, complete with barstools and seating. Customers and friends will also enjoy a fireplace and flatscreen television... all beneath a silver and gold leaf ceiling

The centerpiece of the Penthouse is the Made-to-Measure shop, complete with a long custom-made table with an organic feel, on which to roll out bolts of fabric. (Pardon our appearance! While our 6th floor is being built, some of the product from that floor is sharing the space.) Born to a fashionista mom, fashion is in Alexander’s blood. He even found out that his grandfather was a clothier in Greece!.Alexander loves the tightnit Wilkes family and the way customers feel so at home, they stop by after work just to relax and see what’s new.

When Robert graduated college, he met a girl at a bar who was HR manager for a high end retail store. She said he could either have a date or a job. He took the job and later started at Wilkes Bashford Palo Alto as soon as it was built. He loves providing the kind of service only smaller specialty store can give.
Nina fell in love with fashion as a young model in Latvia and other than a short detour as an intern in Silicon Valley has never look back. She loves working in the hub of the action and helping clients with everything from finding an associate to finding a restaurant. Her favorite designer is Oscar de la Renta.
