Innovative Process & Customization Milne MicroDried’s innovative new dehydration process uses organic fruit and a proprietary, patented, low impact vacuum drying technology to preserve most of the fruit’s natural vitamins and minerals while retaining superior flavor, texture and color in comparison to other dried ingredients. Produced with no added sugar, color or preservatives, the ingredients can be customized by piece size, moisture levels, water activity and texture – chewy or crunchy. Two or more varieties can be blended to create new flavor and color combinations or can be compounded with sweetening or flowability agents as part of the customization process.
