About Us

The Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety is a stress relief center functioning at Los Angeles in California, since 1983. Over 60 million Americans struggle with Stress, Anxiety and Depression and the Midwest Center has managed to make a considerable dent in educating and guiding a large cross-section of this population than any other center in the country.

The center follows the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in their treatment programs as efficient solutions for a variety of stress and related disorders. More than a million Americans have managed to reclaim normalcy in their lives with the treatment programs of the Midwest Center that combines a perfect balance of self-care, nutritional supplements and personal coaching sessions.

About the Program The Attacking Anxiety & Depression program has been designed with the principles of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and draws a systematic mechanism to eliminate negative thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
