Summer 2014

This year the Eastern Plumas Health Care Auxiliary celebrates 57 years of service to the community. We appreciate your support through your donations and purchases. You have made it possible for us to donate over 2 million dollars to improving the health care in our community. Because of your generosity we have been able to assist with the purchase of many patient care items including digital mammography, CT scanner and most recently a new ambulance. A special thank you also goes out to our auxiliary volunteers who are responsible for the caring and professional reputation our thrift store has.
Are you prepared for the challenge of caring for an aging parent or loved one?
One of the greatest difficulties is not knowing what is needed, when, why and how to prepare for life's natural and forced events. We help adults with aging parents and loved ones needing care. By reducing stress and feelings of being overwhelmed, we provide a clear path for optimal care options, resources for planning and restore peace and balance to their lives.
