Ramadan Kareem from GOSSIP As we celebrate this auspicious month, we have created a whole line of decadent desserts just for Ramadan, using unique, traditional flavors that highlight the very essence of our Emirati culture. Each ingredient is of the highest quality, and the flavors have been hand selected by me to ensure refined, delicious desserts that are perfect for sharing with family and friends. From creations like our Qahwah, Halwah and Kunafa Cupcakes, to our Rahash and Pistachio Truffles, we have something that suits all palettes. Try our signature designer dates, where we have created a couture take on traditional dates, using exquisite ingredients such as rose and saffron. Our Ramadan line of macaroons consists of the impeccable tastes of selections such as Pomegranate Orange Blossom and Saffron Cardamom. We introduced a new line of Ramadan Gift boxes, which make the perfect accompaniment to take to any Iftar or Suhour. All our boutique cafes across the country are open from Noon to 7:30 pm for pick up and delivery, and our in house dining starts from Iftar to 2 am offering our limited edition Iftar and Suhour menus! For a hearty Iftar, our set menu options start with Qahwah and dates served with an Emarati fusion menu of three, four and five course options. Lamb Uozi and Emirati Legaimat for desserts are our specialty!
MAIN COURSE
Emirati dishes such as Chicken Biryani and Lamb Uozi are cooked with gourmet ingredients such as cauliflower and squash for a healthier twist to a traditional meal.

MAJLIS by GOSSIP MAJLIS is the CSR initiative of GOSSIP Cafe and Desserts. It was developed by our founder Dr Shayma Fawwaz to engage society, spread awareness, educate and support social causes, while enjoying sweet and scrumptious delicacies. Our goal is to establish an initiative that not only educates the local community on socially important matters but encourage them to take action and make a difference. The first Majlis was held on July 26th 2013 benefitting ‘The Big Heart Campaign for Syrian Refugee Children a charitable organization launched by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, UNHCR Eminent Advocate for Refugee Children and the wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, in partnership with Salam YaSeghar. The second annual charitable MAJLIS took place on July 17th 2014 in collaboration with the UAE Red Crescent and raised funds to support Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip. The Emirates Red Crescent is a humanitarian organization that supports official authorities in times of peace and war. With H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Al Ketbi wife of the founder and the first president of UAE, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood as its honorary president. 66 GOSSIP
