Production of stainless items AGJ Stainless manufactures a number of different stainless steel components for our clients in the pharmaceutical and foods industry. Black and stainless pipes in all dimensions Our team in AGJ Pipe Technique consists of specialists in manufacturing and construction of pipe and process facilities in the pharmaceutical industry. The team performs orbital welding on pipe systems with our own orbital welding equipment.
Our team performs pressure tests using our own pressure testing equipment and own control with own endoscope.

Industrial service in factories AGJ Industrial service conduct assembly assignments in a wide variety of industries – from slaughterhouses and producers of enzymes to bioethanol plants and producers of high voltage cables. Since 1963 we have accumulated a lot of experience that our customers benefit from today.
AGJ Industrial service conduct industrial service in some of the largest industrial plants in Denmark. ”Under revisions on power plants, AGJ Industrial Service has conducted thermal spraying with Nibased metal on the dividing plane between the upper and the lower turbine house. The 35 tonnes heavy turbine house was repaired with thermal spraying and afterwards milled on the dividing plane with mobile miling equipment”!
AGJ Industrial Service often conduct on-site machining with mobile turning- and milling equipment. The assignments differ a lot and are often conducted in connection with reparations after breakdowns. Typical assignments are: • Turning of flanges on pressure equipment in power plants or incineration plants. • On-site machining with turning- or milling equipment after thermal spraying on e.g. shafts. • On-site machining in hard-to-reach areas • On-site machining on journals or similar, were costs for total disassembly of e.g. gear boxes or transmissions take on enormous dimensions. • On-site machining of welded steel- or aluminium constructions, where the demands for precision can not be met with general technical dedication. • Flame spraying with mobile equipment

Production of steel constructions Our team in AGJ Production work in accordance with LEAN inspired production principles. This ensures a high degree of efficiency with a maximum production flow and a minimal waste of materials. We work in compliance with our own ISO 9000 inspired quality control system, which has been validated by the Danish windmill industry. Our production team cooperates closely with our technicians and engineers in AGJ Engineering. AGJ Production benefits from the expertise of our engineers, machine technicians, welding specialists and welding technicians during production and manufacturing. AGJ Production has an overall annual capacity equivalent of approx. 1.200 tons of steel constructions. Our team performs certificate welding of steel constructions in both black and stainless steel and work in accordance with current welding technical standards as per DS/EN ISO 3834 and DS/EN ISO 1090.
AGJ Produktion has more than 2,300 m2 of workshop buildings at its disposal in Stenlille on the island of Zealand. Our team solves many different tasks: • • • • • •

AGJ Hard Surfacing repairs and extends the life of machine components that have been exposed to adhesive and abrasive wear and tear. Our team in AGJ Production has worked up a solid experience in carbide coating with thermical spraying or HVOF technique.

Hard-coating of spindles, crushers, gear wheels, valves, worms, beaters and machine components exposed to damage. Coating of spindles for the cement industry using WC10Co-4Cr and HVOF technique. AGJ Surface Technology offer all kinds of life extention or reparation of machine components or wearing parts exposed to tear or corrosion. We offer solutions conducted by MAG ”Open-Arc” welding, PTA-welding, thermal coating applied with twin-arc,flame- or plasma coating or thermal coating applied with HVOFequipment.
Turbine casing for LP-turbine on power plant is repaired with plasma arc and Metco 8447 – Ni-based special alloy for high temperature protection.
AGJ Surface Technology offer: •
Thermal coating with HVOF-equipment on shafts, cog wheels, valve trunks, piston rods and machine components exposed to crash or massive tear.

PTA-welding of valves, grinders, shafts, rotors or similar applications exposed to extreme tear, impact and pressure in isolated points.

Welding and life extention on wearing parts used in typical coal mills in some of the biggest power plants in Scandinavia! Hardcoating of cylinders with several layers of hard metal consisting of chrome- and wolfram carbides a.o.! Welding with ”open-arc” and carbide filled welding wire – typically AGJ Corthal 55Mo! Welding of cylinders and similar components in our production in Stenlille – alternatively in Germany! On site welding of grinding boards and similar components with mobile welding equipment. WPS as a thorough basis for the welding parameters – e.g. the correct heatinput and correct mixture of basic materials. Life extention from approx. 4.000 hours to more than 9.000 hours = improved business results! Life extention ofwearing parts for coal mills from Loesche, Berz, Raymond and Pfeiffer.
For this Loesche cylinder we used approx.300 kg. AGJ Corthal 55Mo. It takes approx.3 - 400 kg. of material per cylinder to rebuild a tear of 40mm depth.
