Mendengar taklimat dan ucapan dari Pengerusi Lembaga Pengarah mengenai tujuarah syarikat To listen to Chairman of the Board remark and speech as regard to companyâ€&#x;s direction. Memberikan pengiktirafan kepada anggota pekerja yang menyumbangkan idea dan pembaikan kerja di dalam bidang masing-masing. To recognize staffs for their contribution of ideas and work improvement in each of their field. Memberikan pendedahan dan peluang kepada anggota pekerja untuk mengemukakan dan membentangkan soalan dan pandangan kepada pihak pengurusan di samping bertukar pandangan dan idea. To expose and give opportunity to staff to project questions and give opinions, as well as exchanging ideas with the management. Merapatkan hubungan silaturrahim antara anggota pekerja di dalam kumpulan, cawangan, tempat letak kereta dan operasi. To create a close relationship among staffs in Group, Branches, Car parks and Operations. Menggalakkan penglibatan anggota pekerja di dalam aktiviti syarikat dengan melibatkan diri di dalam penganjuran majlis dan memberi lebih semangat bekerjasama antara mereka.
