3. What to bring
Vivid Sydney is a festival of light, music and ideas. In 2018, Vivid Sydney takes place from May 25th to June 16th. The centrepiece of Vivid Sydney is the light sculptures, multimedia interactive work and building projections that transform various buildings and landmarks such as the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Martin Place and Darling Harbour into an outdoor night time canvas of art.
A camera. A mobile phone will be suitable if you do not have a camera. A tripod (optional). A jacket (optional).
2. Photography Practice Schedule Welcome to the Photography Practice at Vivid Sydney this year. It will be good opportunity to learn and practice shooting photos of night landscape, and appreciate the culture of Sydney. We will walk around Circular Quay and try to capture any amazing moments. The cost of this photography session is free. However anyone takes the best photo of the day will win $100. Meet-up time: May 26, Saturday, 5pm – 9pm June 2, Saturday, 5pm – 9pm June 9, Saturday, 5pm – 9pm June 10, Sunday, 5pm – 9pm June 11, Monday, 5pm – 9pm June 16, Saturday, 5pm – 9pm Meet-up venue: Wharf 6, Circular Quay, Sydney CBD @ 5pm
