Dear participant, Please read the information given below carefully to ensure that the Coca-Cola run4.2 can be carried out without problems. Thank you.

BEFORE THE RACE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE Children from 10 to 18 years of age. For children up to 10 years a separate race over 2 km will be held: CocaCola run 2.0 (without time-keeping). For details please turn to www.vienna-marathon.com .

REGISTRATION 1. By internet: the registration form is attached at www.vienna-marathon.com / registration. Payment only by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). You will automatically be passed on from www.vienna-marathon.com to the registration system of www.anmeldesystem.com. If you use this system for the first time, please use the button “register without customer account”. Your login-data will be sent to your e-mail address. You will require the login-data to print your payment confirmation, report to the insurance company etc. etc. 2. Personal registration at the organization office or at the VCM running shop “VCM Laufschuhexperte”: payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Bankomat or cash. The registration from must be completely filled in and personally signed by the participant. Registration forms which are sent in without signature and / or payment cannot be processed. Registration forms of minors must be signed by a legal representative 3. Registration by phone is not possible

PAYMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEE By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) Registration forms with incomplete credit card data will NOT be processed. Due to organizational reasons, payment of the registration fee to a bank account is not possible. A registered participant who fails to take part in the marathon, for whatever reasons, may not claim a refund of the participation fee.

ENTRY LIMIT Entries will be limited to 3000. Early submission of the entry form guarantees your acceptance.

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION 1. Registration by internet: you will receive a confirmation on the screen and by e-mail with the allocated race number immediately after mailing the entry form. Please print this confirmation. As soon as your payment has been processed (which might take a short while), please print out your payment confirmation, using your page 2

This confirmation has to be handed in when collecting the race documents. 2. Registration by mail or fax: the participants will receive written confirmations, stating the balance and the allocated race number. The confirmation of participation has to be handed in upon collection of the race documents. Possible deficits have to be balanced at the cashier’s desk. Please make sure that your e-mail address and postal address are given correctly, otherwise it will be impossible to mail the confirmation.

LATE REGISTRTIONS AT THE REGISTRATION DESK (IF RACE NUMBERS ARE STILL AVAILABLE) Entry Fee: Euro 8,- per person Important notice: If the event is completely booked please note that race documents, which are not collected, will NOT be resold, passed on to another participant of changed in any way.

INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP PARTY “KAISERSCHMARRN PARTY”

The traditional “Kaiserschmarrn Party” will be held on Saturday afternoon, April 13 , 2013, at Vienna City Hall from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Free admission to the party. Please make use of the opportunity to purchase a ticket for “Kaiserschmarrn” or “Pasta” and a non-alcoholic drink together with your online registration or directly at the entrance to City Hall. The costs are as follows: Pre-ordered / pre-paid, ticket for 1 serving of Kaiserschmarrn or Pasta: Euro 8,00 Entrance to City Hall, ticket for 1 serving of Kaiserschmarrn or Pasta: Euro 9,00 Ticket for 1 non-alcoholic drink including a specially branded VCM-Cup Euro 3,50 Pre-ordered / pre-paid tickets may be collected directly at the “International Friendship Party” booth at the expo or at entrance to City Hall. AT THE START GETTING TO THE START We kindly ask you to use public transport only. The starting area (on Landstrasser Hauptstrasse at Herz Jesu Hospital) can be reached by subway line U3, station “Kardinal Nagl Platz”. Walk in direction downtown and turn left at Keinergasse which leads directly to Landstrasser Hauptstrasse.

RACE NUMBER The race number must be fixed at the front of the T-Shirt. It might be possible that your name is not printed on the race number. Therefore we kindly ask you - FOR YOUR SECURITY - to write your name, the name of a person to contact as well as the address and phone number of this person on the reverse side of your race number.

CLOTHES TRANSPORTATION Clothes transportation from the starting area to the finish area (“Ballhausplatz”)will be provided.

Saturday, April 13 , 2013 at 05.00 p.m. on Landstrasser Hauptstrasse at Herz Jesu Hospital. For security reasons the participating children will be led by special runners at the start to guarantee a smooth start at an appropriate speed. It is forbidden to overtake these special runners! It is also forbidden to participate on roller skates, inline skates, bikes etc. – disqualification may be applied.

ON THE COURSE LENGTH OF COURSE 4,2 kilometres The course leads from Landstrasser Hauptstrasse – Wien Mitte – Weißkirchnerstrasse – Stubenring –Parkring – Kärnter Ring – Opernring – Burgring – to the FINISH on Heldenplatz (4.2 km)

PARTIALLY SIGHTED PARTICIPANTS As in previous years, partially sighted participants, escorted by accompanying runners, will also participate this year. They will wear yellow T-shirts with three black dots. Please show consideration for these runners!

IN THE FINISH AREA The finish is on “Heldenplatz”. Please check on www.vienna-marathon.com for a detailed map of the finish area.

AWARDS CEREMONY The awards ceremony will be held in the finish area, immediately after the first three girls / boys have crossed the finish line.

RESULTS For results please turn to www.vienna-marathon.com

MEDALS / CERTIFICATES Each participant will receive a medal after having crossed the finish line. Certificates and results will be available for download after the marathon on www.vienna-marathon.com

MEETING POINT We recommend the alley on the left side of “Heldenplatz” as a meeting point. Big boards with the letters from AZ will be set up. Please make sure to arrange a meeting point /time with your parents, friends, classmates, brothers or sisters. If you wish, you may of course choose another meeting point. We recommend, however, to have a look at the start and finish area a day before the race. Information is also available on www.viennamarathon.com

MEDAL ENGAVING We will offer the possibility again to participants in the Coca-Cola Run 4.2 have the medals engraved with name + time. Medal engraving will be on Heldenplatz close to the chip-return station. The costs per medal are Euro 4,-, payment at the medal engraving booth directly, please. advance order is not necessary.
