We pay a local tourism tax of € 2.– per person per day to the tourist board. This is included in our prices. Check-in

Any spa voucher or treatment included in your holiday booking must be enjoyed within the time booked. We strongly advise you book your treatment well in advance of your holiday to avoid disappointment.

On your day of arrival your room will be ready by 14.00hrs. If you are arriving after 19.00hrs, please advise us.

Parking

Check-out

All parking is free of charge including our new underground garage.

We ask for your understanding that check-out time is 11.00hrs on the day of your departure.

Cancellation Cancellation policies pursuant to the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 3 months in advance: no cancellation fees 1 month in advance: 40 % of the price of stay 1 week in advance: 70 % of the price of stay 1 day prior, or failure to show: 90 % of the price of stay We advise that you include the benefits of our cancellation insurance in your holiday booking. We are happy to organise this for you. Detailed information is included in your reservation document.

Children’s prices Children’s prices are applicable when sharing a room with two full paying adults. Children who have their own room enjoy a 13 % discount on the room price.

Date changes In the event of an early departure or delayed arrival, the price agreed on the booking confirmation will be invoiced.

Deposit payment The deposit payment is a processing fee. In the event of a cancellation, it will only be refunded with a travel insurance policy.

Dogs Please understand that we can only accommodate dogs if a previous agreement is made, with their own sleeping arrangements (basket, blanket, etc.), and can only reserve certain rooms for guests with dogs. Pets may not accompany guests to the dining room, wellness area and hotel gardens. € 10.– per day without food.
