Incapacitated Adult Dependency Determination Thursday, January 28, 2016 10 – 11 AM Pentagon Conference Room B9 An incapacitated child (incapable of self-support) of active duty or retired service members may be eligible for benefits after age 21 if he or she meets certain criteria.
