Apple pie  POLAND Ingredients 

Apples (1 kg)

Cinnamon (2 tablespoons)

Sugar (2 teaspoons)

Floor (3 glasses)

Backing powder (1 teaspoon)

Sugar (1 glass)

Butter (250g)

4 eggs


Directions Shortbread 

Floor, backing powder, ¾ glass of sugar and butter put on the table. Add 3 yolks eggs and 1 whole egg. All ingredients stir to combine and crumple. Divide dough into 2 parts and put to the fridge for 1 hour.

Roll one part of dough and put to the rectangular form.

3 egg proteins and ¼ glass of sugar beat down in the bowl until it gets stiff foam.


Directions Apples 

Peel apples and cut. Mix them with cinnamon and sugar.

Take it all to the frying pan and stir-fry 8 minutes.

Put this apples onto the daugh.

Cover it with stiff foam and put the second part of the rolled-out dough.

Put form with a cake to the oven and cook for 1 hour. BON APPETIT!


Mascarpone cheese with raspberries Ingredients:

1 Mascarpone cheese

Raspberries (250g) or one jar of raspberry jam

Pieces of coconut


Directions Take a glass and add to it 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese. Next add 2 tablespoons of raspberries. Then again add 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese and this time 4 tablespoons of raspberries. Sprinkle it with 2 teaspoons of desiccated coconut.

Ingredients 3 cream cheese Half l. sour cream 3 tablespoons gelatin vanilla sugar can of peaches sponge cake 4 jelly (any flavor) 他 castor sugar

Method of Preparation


Crostata di Frutta


INGREDIENTS: Flour:350gr Sugar:150gr Butter:150gr 3 yolks egg 1 bag cake yeast


• CUSTARD : • 300 ml fresh whole Milk • 300 ml fresh liquid cream • Eggs:8 yolks • Flour:55 gr • zests of 1 lemon


Fruit: Bananas, kiwi Grapes Strawberries Cherries Ananas slices Blackberries Blueberries Mandarin segments

PROCEDURE: Prepare the short pastry: Mix flour and cake yeast and pour on a work surface Open the flour pile and put inside eggs and sugar knead the mixture for a while. When the dough is formed add the softened butter. Once you got a soft dough, but not stiking, cover it with some plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for at least for half an hour.




Meanwhile, prepare the custard. Put the milk in a pan with the lemon zests. Add the cream bring it sdwd nearly to the boiling point. In another pan put the egg yolks and the sugar. Stir with a wooden spoon , add the flour. Then pour the hot cream and milk mixture, mix it all with a whisk . Put it on the fire and allow the mixture to thicken. As soon as the cream begins to puff switch off and pour the it into a bowl. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap,let it cool and put it in the fridge



Take the short pastry and roll it out with your hands on a greaseproof paper to form a layer of ½ cm high. Riddle with holes using a fork.



Bake it for about 20 min at 200째. Check the baking and if the case leave it still for 5 or 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, let it cool down and turn it out. Now spread the custard inside the short pastry base till stuffed. Proceed with the fruit topping .



Slice the fruit and make concentric circles with the slices until you cover the whole surface. To give the fruit shining colours melt some gelatin in little warm water and just brush it up.

2. SOUR CHERRY TART

Ingredients:

8 eggs;

1 ½ cup of flour;

2 glasses of sugar;

sour cherries (500 gr);

1 packet of baking soda;

powdered sugar;


SOUR CHERRY TART Step 1 Fit the mixer with the whisk attachment and mix the egg yolks and whites in a large bowl.

Step 2 Pour the 2 glasses of sugar and continue mixing on high speed. Then add the flour.


Step 3 Add the baking soda and continue mixing.


Step 4 Remove the stones in the sour cherries if they are fresh. You can also use frozen sour cherries from the supermarket. Pour the composition in a tray and add the fruits on the top.


Step 5 Then put in the pre heated oven for almost 45 minutes. When it is ready sprinkle the tart with powered sugar and cut it in big pieces after it gets cold.


It is a refreshing cake because of the sour cherries and it can be made both in summer and in the cold season of the year. The sour cherries can be replaced with plums, apricots or peaches in summer.

Raspberry pie THE CZECH REPUBLIC


Ingredients ď‚ž Dough:

90 g plain flour, 90 g sugar, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons cocoa, white chocolate, salt dale: raspberry pudding, 400 ml milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, frozen or fresh fruit (raspberries, red and black currant), raspberry jam


Course of action 

To prepare the dough Whisk eggs and sugar, adding the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth testa white chocolate chunks and put pect in the oven at 250 degrees for 5-7 minutes (test skewers). Meanwhile, prepare the pudding of milk, raspberry custard powder and sugar. When the custard thickens, carefully fold in the fruit and you would leave while. Corpus of exertion raspberry jam, add pudding and let cool for an hour in the fridge.
