Clinics Childhood Immunization Clinics HOMEWARD offers childhood immunization clinics for Story County residents on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the HOMEWARD office located at 1114 Duff Ave. Upcoming dates include: Feb. 11, Feb. 25, March 11, March 25, April 8, April 22, May 13, May 27, June 10, June 24 Parents of children receiving immunizations are asked to bring previous immunization records with them.
