Sample character reference letter To Whom It May Concern, It is a pleasure to write on behalf of Betina Pellerino, whom I have known for several years. Betina studied English at the Institute I own until she reached the level required to enter an English Teacher Training College in our town. During the five years Betina studied with us, she proved to be not only an outstanding student who always achieved excellent grades, but also a generous and caring person, always willing to cooperate with her fellow classmates. These qualities made her extremely popular with teachers and classmates alike and, although she is no longer a student at our Institute, we have continued a lasting relationship up to and including the present.
