VILLA 21 Villa 21 at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort is an amazing family friendly 5-bedroom private villa measuring roughly 3,300sqft (400 sqm) - the largest villa in our private villa collection at Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel, Algarve. The house has wonderful views over Martinhal Bay and Sagres peninsula. It’s located on a large 33,000 sqft (4,000 sqm) plot with its own private pine forest as part of its lush garden. Living spaces are generous and inviting and include an entrance area with an entrance cloak wardrobe, dining area, lounge, second family lounge and play area in the basement, five large double bedrooms and five bathrooms. VILLA 46 “THE BEACH HOUSE” This property, “The Beach House”, was one of the original villas at Martinhal. A very comprehensive renovation was recently completed. The ground floor is home to lounge a spacious living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The ground floor also houses the master bedroom with fire place and a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the upper floor (entrance level) is a family suite which has its own living/dining room with fire place, including kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. An extensive terrace offers wonderful views on a cactus garden and the sea with the Martinhal island on the horizon. A steep staircase leads from the living to a mezzanine level with two double beds, this area is not suitable for young children sleeping on their own. Also on the upper floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea view. This lay-out makes the villa ideal for two families holidaying together (or one family plus parents / children who will have their own section in the villa). Also on the ground floor is a small kitchenette which services the pool area. e garden and pool area are very private and perfect for sunbathing.
