Sound museum STEIM in Muziekgebouw Project for NIO Architekten I am the co-authorof the concept and graphic design As a part of the project I also made a selection of 55 installations The investor is cultural sound institution STEIM. Unfortunately, this institution does not have much financial means for its own building, which would include a concert hall, exhibition spaces, laboratories and other necessary facilities. That is why we came up with an idea to connect the STEIM institution with the Muziekgebouw, which is looking for new function for its corridor. Muiekgebouw would share the offices and the concert hall with STEIM and in the corridor is created new construction for 12 sound instalations. This object is a smooth “passage� and each shape suits particular instalation. This object is transferable and it will be transferred in its own building if the institution has enough money.

Sound museum STEIM Aan ‘t Ij Project for NIO Architekten I am the main author of the concept and graphic design This project is the second phase of building the STEIIM institution. At a time when the institution will have money for its own building, the construction from Muziekgebouw will be moved to on the North Bank of Amsterdam. This area is difficult to access and tourist unattractive, so the building also serves as an ad for the institution. The whole building is made from shipping containers, that suits the area and aslo are perfect module for sound instalation. It is only about the conceptual design at the very early stage that needs to express the essence of the building.

Multifunctional Corner house Brno The house is located at the corner of block in the Trnitรก area. It is an open block that is closed by busy traffic from two sides. The courtyard offers a quiet and pleasant environment. The block has no underground floor. Parking is in the ground floor and above it there is a green courtyard area. In the northern part of the building are offices and in the southern part of the building there is a residential part of the house. I tried to take advantage of the connection of these two functions. Due to the administrative part, the construction height is 4.2m for the ground floor and 3.6m for the next overground floor. In the residential part I have placed a more luxurious living with relatively higher ceilings. The eastern apartments are for 1-2 persons. The interior walls are designed as furniture. The apartments are designed a little untraditional. The administrative part of the building is designed as an open space with three cells in the eastern part. The facade of the residential and administrative parts are different, because the housing function requires higher privacy.

Cultural acropolis Vinohradskรก - Leger - Washington Street AREA The significace of the area and the buildings placed in it- National Museum, new building of the National Museum and the state opera. this whole area is limited mainly by the inner city highway as well as railway. lt could have a positive impact if integrated nicely into city structure. The ma in aim of the area is that it becomes an Acropolis with areas to rest and the main task is to make it accessible to pedestrians and to orientate in is easily. By making the inner city highway a bit more humane, reestablishing tram transporation on Wenceslaw square and solving pedestrian movement in the terrain of the museum could lead to less traffic on Wenceslaw square, which would be connected to Vinohradskรก Street. Another posite addition will be when a new smaller square is build adjoining the two museum buildings.




BUILDINGS AND THE SQUARE

The tracks above VinohradskĂ˝ tunel is one of the few places in the center of Prague that has not been build on, although there have been many projects there, dueto large technical difficulties nothing has been realized. The main aim of this construction is to connect VinohradskĂĄ Street with Wenceslaw square fluently. The facade, which is most visible, facing directly to Wenceslaw square is made to look nice and to create an area that signifies the continuity of the city streets. it is also key to made pedestrian zones more accessible in this whole area. The reasons for the archeological museum as well as the philharmony are due to the needs of the city and the idea that this particular area is suitable. The first step is to get rid of the park house,w hich is unfortunately placed there and which does not correspond to the area, lnstead of this park house there shall be a new archeological museum. The whole are of cultural buildings will be enclosed into a triangular square by the philharmony building.

Urban solution for the Jewish quarter Boskovice Boskovice is a city in the Blansko region, 14km north of Blansko and 33km north of Brno.For its surroundings the small city is the center of tourism and relaxation. Boscovice is in the northern part of the Moravian region, the village prides itself Sloupsko-Šošuvský caves. Southwest from the city lies reservoir Boskovice and the Natural Reserve Řehořkovo Kořenecko. Through the Southern part flows the river Bělá. The Jewish quarter is located at the heart of the historical center in between the chateaux and the main square of Boskovice. From the year 1990 this whole area is protected as an urbanistic whole and is promoted every year at the festival Boskovice Festival for the Jewish quarter.

Living in the Jewish quarter in Boskovice The concept for living in the Jewish quarter comes from typical housing development in narrow parcels in the Jewish quarter. Condominiums are typical for this quarter. The house will adjust to the current needs of owner, his financial options and how his family will grow. In the first phase there are houses with one facade, whereas additional extensions are according to own invention. My proposal is just a guideline for additional construction and possible solutions to further growth, which the owners can use to get inspired and imprint their own unique look.



Family house Brno - Jundrov In regards to the parcel located in Brno-Jundrov not far from the river Svratka, the concept of three substances has been chosen, which fulfills the operational-functional needs due to its shape and orientation of the parcels. Three substances represent three functional zones - the rest zone, living zone and outside storage. The main entrance into the object is found on the eastern side, from there we can get to the entry foyer and into the large living space including the living room and a working quarter with two entrances to the terrace (east and south), hall, kitchen and dinning room with entry to the main north terrace with outside seating. From the hall we can get to the rest zone through the hallway with closets, smaller work quarter and entrance to the northern terrace. In the rest zone there are two bedrooms for children with a shared bathroom, toilet, bedroom with its own closet and bathroom. The northern terrace is thematic for the whole house.





Kisceli exhibition Project for NIO Architekten I made the art selection and I am the author of the graphic design The Kisceli Museum building is a former monastery, which was bombed during the Second World War. It’s located in Budapest on its eastern side. After visiting the museum, my task was to designe an exhibition whose main exhibit is the statue of architect Maurice Nio - Dark Matter. Dark matter was the main theme a nd I chose the artwork accordingly. The exhibition was conceived as an example of the work of mainly Dutch artists. The exhibition right in these premises is now under negotiation. In a similar set, it will be implemented in Spain in Målaga.





Alson house Project for 4a architects. As a project manager and leading architect I am fully responsible for the whole desing from concept to construction documentation, detailing, interior project, administration and specialists management. For our client Alson we have designed the reconstruction of the barn and family house in ZaluĹžany. The place itself is very attractive, because it is the interface of forest and fields. Both buildings are in desolate condition. They are 80 and 130 years old. They have no fundationand and show signs of considerable dilapidation, problems with moisture, mold and degradation of wooden structure.
