MLS MFP6 Flexible hose Purifier
First check all items are included as per photo. Isolate fuel tank prior to cutting in to supply pipe. Fit Purifier in to the supply line as near to fuel tank outlet as possible. This assembly has been built and pressure tested if you dismantle any joints they must be reassembled with loctite sealer supplied. The Purifier should be fitted vertical with the bracket supplied. Drain tap facing down. Hose connections always face down at no more of an angle than 45 degrees to body. On the inlet side a check valve is supplied to stop drain back of fuel, ensure this is fitted in the direction indicated on the valve. When connecting hoses to all hose tails ensure clips are secured as tight as possible. Within your kit there is a 10mm to 8mm reduction kits as an option when fitting to 8mm fuel line. It is advisable to prime unit with diesel via the top vent. A clear drain off hose supplied as an option and can be connected as required or a permanent fixture. A 90 degree male female adaptor is also supplied if required to turn hose angle.
