Cantina Valpolicella Negrar Studio of Architecture and Design TRICOT, 2014 Wine culture centre: Cultural spaces open to public and production areas. The challenge is to combine the functionality of production and the cultural message that the wine brings today. Two basic buildings all made in cor-ten to recall the red of wine, connected by light bridges, and covered by an overall structure made by sculptural grapes arbors. Duties: Space planning, design, technical drawings, rendering, postproduction, material and furniture board. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax, Vray plugin, Photoshop.

The main entrance, positioned between the existing building and the new one, creates a large square covered brows, the grapes. Once the visitors enter the building, they find themselves in front of a monumental staircase, all made of corten, which leads them to the upper level, where they find the reception and all the service areas open to public. The second staircase on the east side brings the visitors down back to the level 0, or even lower to -1. The main part of the level 0 is occupied by the storehouse, that remained isolated from public passage. On the east side we propose to have the multi-purpose areas, with services and flexible spaces that could change depending on needs. The idea is to have the rent able spaces in an area that could be isolated or closed if not in use. The square in the middle also leads to the offices’s building. The offices remain in the existing position, but detached from the other building and connected by suspended glazed bridges.

SMT Bar Restaurant, Florence, Italy Florence Institute of Design International, 2013 The goal was to design a restaurant in Florence with outdoor and indoor spaces. I attempted to create an elegant and fancy place where the construction and furniture would be continuation of each other. Use of lights and mirrors makes the space visually bigger, which are hidden inside the intersections of the wood planks. This way the idea of continuation becomes more massive and combines all the elements together.

Duties: Space planning, design, technical drawings, rendering, postproduction, material and furniture board. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax, Vray plugin, Photoshop.

Exposition stand / Salone del Mobile in Milano Florence Institute of Design International, 2013 The stand was designed for a Spanish company KETTAL. The concept is to create a natural atmosphere by giving the visitors the chance to interact with nature. The main materials are water and wood to have the same environment that Kettall is using to represent their products and to strengthen their philosophy. Duties: Space planning, design, technical drawings, rendering, postproduction, material and furniture board. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax, Vray plugin, Photoshop.

Kettal’s raison d’être is the creation of timeless furniture, functional and expressive, which represents a contemporary culture and provides solutions to the emerging needs of modern life, based on a blend of creativity, customization, innovation and modern production. Kettal develops products specifically for each project. Kettal, loyal to its philosophy of respect for the environment, uses eco-friendly paint. Almost all of Kettal’s furniture paints are now 100% ecological and recyclable, and the wood used is protected under Perhutani certification.

Cultural cafe in Le Murate, Florence, Italy Florence Institute of Design International, 2013 The space is Located in Florence in a historical building Le Murate, in past prison. The goal was to creat a very flexible space with relaxing, lectures, cafe and bar areas. The separation of spaces creates more private zones, where one can spend the whole day studying or just enjoying the time with friends, which is also accompanied by a very specific choose of furniture.

Duties: Space planning, design, technical drawings, rendering, postproduction, material and furniture board. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax, Vray plugin, Photoshop.

Office space for Hermes, Florence, Italy Florence Institute of Design International, 2014 Location of the office is Next to Palazzo Strozzi in Florence. The first researches brought my attention to the Hermes Rive gaushe shop in Paris, because, even though they always have their pattern and certain colour scheme, this shop is different and a new attempt to represent the brend. Those organic shapes made of curved wood is a perfect way to creat partitions, still leaving the space transparent and airy. The reception desk is custom made, using the same system, in the shape of “H. The space initially has 2 floors, but there has been added a mezzanine above the 2nd floor creating separate office areas for the director and secretaries. The main staircase that is leading from the 1st floor to the second has the handrail, with the same concept as for partitions, that becomes a rail for the void of the second floor.

Duties: Space planning, design, technical drawings, rendering, postproduction, material and furniture board. Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Dmax, Vray plugin, Photoshop.

Infinity coffee table

Florence Institute of Design International, 2014 Inspired by John McAbery's organic sculptures I arrived from a simple low table, which consist of two regtangles, to a very organic one which has no beginning and no ending, as McAbery does in most of his works. The table has 4 different surfaces. It is made of plywood, but can have different finishes, like one colored or double sided. Also has the variant of being made of glass, which would be of course more difficult to produce, so can be in a limited production. In totall has 6 bended pieces which are simply glued to each other.

Dining chair Florence Institute of Desigan International, 2013 Creating a dining chair is not an easy goal, because ergonomics are very important here. I tryed to stay as creative as I always do, but still considering the comfort of the user. The chair is done in a continuous way, made of bended plywood, still having 3 separate pieces that are attached to each other.
