. Transparency is very important in online education.. education . Students have to feel comfortable with their colleagues and teachers, teachers, and that trust is built on transparency transparency..

-Transparency means that all students know exactly what is the structure of the course, which are the works they have to do and how they will be evaluated . When people see these informations, they feel more motivated for the course.

-Transparency also means that everyone can see information about everyone. Like that,
everyone comes to know
each other better.
When people see these personal informations, they feel more willing to cooperate with each other.

- Transparency means as well that students can see each other’s work freely. They share their work and let others see what they have done.

associated with transparency, promotes quality in online education, for many reasons:

- Students can learn from each other’s work; -Students can improve their work from the comments of others who have seen their work; - Students tend to do a better work because they know their colleagues will see it.

. Each student has to be able to decide how much information he wants to make public or private, and who he wants to allow to see his work or personal information.
The respect of this personal choice makes students feel more confortable and work better.
