The ET Rover Pipeline is a new interstate gas pipeline being designed to transport natural gas from processing facilities located in the Marcellus and Utica Shale areas to market regions in the United States and Canada. Additionally, the Rover Pipeline Project expects to construct a segment from the Defiance, Ohio area through Michigan. Description: Approximately 600 miles of 24, 36 or 42-inch natural gas pipelines with 5 mainline compressor stations, and approximately 5 lateral compressor stations. Impacted Areas: Defiance, Ohio area through Michigan and ultimately to the Union Gas Hub, near Sarnia Canada. Affected Ohio counties will include Carroll, Tuscarawas, Stark, Wayne, Ashland, Richland, Crawford, Seneca, Hancock, Wood, Henry and Defiance.
