Overview
The Bluegrass Pipeline will transport natural gas liquids from the Marcellus and Utica Shale region in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio to an existing Kentucky pipeline that runs to the Gulf Coast. Pipeline Capacity: Initially 200,000 barrels per day and could be doubled to 400,000 Impacted Areas: The Bluegrass Pipeline will be built across Southern Ohio. The exact location and counties in its path will be based upon easements the project sponsors are able to secure. It is believed that the pipeline will follow a path similar to the recent ATEX Enterprise Pipeline being built in Ohio and travel through Mahoning, Columbiana, Carroll, Harrison, Guernsey, Noble, Monroe, Muskingham, Perry, Fairfield, Pickaway, Fayette, Highland, Clermont and Brown counties.
