Service panels are not required by UNI EN 12845 but they are useful and sometimes even essential for the makeup pump’s operation and to house all those accessories which, although not envisaged by the standard, are often useful in a fire-fighting system.

– Control panel with electronic components; – Power supply 3~ 50/60Hz 230/400V ±10%; – Very low voltage input for external control from pressure or float switch; – Very low voltage inputs for external control by float or pressure switch for minimum level control against dry running or too much full; – Selector for pressure switch or minimum level float (contacts NC or NO); – Main pilot light; – Operating motor light; – Protected motor light; – Min/Max water level alarm light; – Selector for automatic-of-manual operation (the last control is not latched); – Electronic protection with adjustable current and cut-in time; – External push-button for ammetric protection reset; – Motor protection fuses; – Auxiliary circuits protection fuses; – General disconnecting switch with door lock;
– Metal box; – Protected to IP 55.

OPERATING CONDITIONS: – Ambient temperature -5/+40°C; – Relative moisture 50% with a max temperature of 40°C.
DESIGNED FOR FITTING OF: – MCL/3S-300 code 221.05 level control module for 3 level sensors or 2 floats (filling or emptying); – MCL/2ST-300 code 221.04 level control module for 2 timed level sensor (filling or emptying); N.B.: the modules MCL/3S and MCL/2ST have the function to replace the pressure switch or the minimun level float.
