Described as “one of the most exciting young artists to emerge on the concert scene in recent years,” by the Music@Malling Festival, harpist Gabriella Jones has performed criticallyacclaimed solo recitals at the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room, St Martin-in-the-Fields, Westminster Abbey and Winchester Cathedral, and will make her solo debut at Wigmore Hall in 2020. Gabriella regularly performs around the UK and has featured in Music@Malling and West Meon Festivals. Gabriella was the former winner of the prestigious John Marson Harp Prize, City Livery Club Instrumentalist Prize and a finalist at the Camac Harp Competition. Gabriella is available to give online concerts if required.

A selection of works spanning a compositional period of five centuries, responding to constructed and deconstructed boundaries, including newly composed works by female composers Deborah Pritchard and Caroline Lizotte.

Gaudium et lacrimosa

A musical portrayal of joy, sorrow and despair. Featuring some of the most virtuosic and pivotal works in the harp repertoire by Britten, Faure, and Grandjany.
