With extensive career experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, and in excess of thirteen years’ experience as a Pharmacy Assistance and Dispensary Technician, Amy’s knowledge in this field is a great asset to the businesses she supports through MWLFS. Possessing a Diploma in Fashion Design, Ally’s early career also boasts extensive experience across the hospitality industry prior to her joining the MWLFS team as a Customer Service Officer more than four years ago. Ally’s relationship management and business management skills were quickly rewarded with her promotion to an Employment Assistant role supporting Mai-Wel participants to upskill and transition into ongoing work, a role that Ally fulfilled for two years before attaining her current role as a BDR. An active member of the regional business network, Ally is President of the local Business Networking International chapter. In recognition of her contribution to the businesses and job seekers in her community, Ally was presented with the highly prestigious award of Maitland Young Person of the Year by Maitland’s Lord Mayor Loretta Baker on Australia Day of 2021.
