A separator that is to be reconditioned is taken apart, the components are one by one carefully inspected and repaired as necessary. The reconditioning process always ends with the balancing of reassembled machine, only then can we be certain it will work faultlessly for a couple of years to come.
Most of the widely used separator models are in stock. Each separator is packed and ready for shipping. 24 hours after placing an order you can have a reconditioned machine together with all fittings necessary for its installation on a ship at any place you choose.
Send the separator you want us to have a look at and we will take care of the rest. Following careful inspection by our servicemen, we will provide you with a list of things to be done and an estimated cost of reconditioning. If you decide to have it repaired, MAEM will cover the cost of inspection.
Each par t and the whole machine carry MAEM warranty. Choosing MAEM ser vices, you enjoy full support of our engineers. Our servicemen will help you install the reconditioned separator. As standard, you also get a service kit to maintain the machine.
