Tables filled with silent auction items provided another way for attendees to support MacCormac. Packages included a Caribbean vacation, luggage, leather work bags and a ‘Girls Day Out’.



The dessert bar was filled with sweet items donated by tesori restaurant, Alonti catering and Chick-fil-A.





Student Government Association (SGA) president, De’Meco Deanes and Court Reporting student, Laura Pacini spoke of their individual journey with MacCormac and the difference the college and their degrees will make in their lives.


Stacey Baca, ABC7 television anchor hosted the evening. Stacey joined ABC7 in 2002 on the anchor desk and delivers the Number One rated weekend morning newscasts. Stacey has worked coast-to-coast: anchoring in San Diego, and at the country’s largest Navy base in Virginia. She is passionate about education and dedicates time to speak to students of all ages. L2L was delighted to have her host our second annual event!

James Stephens III was back by popular demand, and impressed the crowd with his impressions; kept them laughing with his jokes and continued to engage them with his unique style of comedy.
