Summer Fitness tips to follow

Exercising during the summer can be tough, especially with all the temptations it brings. Staying motivated is tough, but knowing what you should be doing to stay active will help you to keep moving. Read on to find out how you can have an active, and enjoyable summer with these tips.

The best time to work out during the summer months is early morning. You should avoid the time between 10 am and 3 pm. For a comfortable workout, you should try to wear loose, breathable clothing. Light colors will also be helpful. Before you leave to workout, you should make sure to drink an ample amount of water. Take a drink every 15 minutes. The sun is extremely powerful. It’s important to protect your skin and apply sunscreen before heading outdoors. If the weather is not prime, do noT exercise outside. The heat can do a lot to your body, so it’s ok to skip a workout for your health!
