Mare 360°…and you will begin your adventure ...On the island of Sardinia, where we will keep clear of the tourist trail and spend a few days on a different kind of sea experience. In a strategic position in the middle of the Mediterranean, there is no place quite like Sardinia to practice sea experiences all year around. The air temperature fluctuates between 10°C and 15°C in the winter and in the summer is about 30°C. The seawater temperature is about 14°C in the winter and 28°C in the summer.
The desire to share the amazing spectacle of the sea with as many people as possible, that is what Mare 360° is founded on, combined with the hope of establishing positive relationships between different cultures and to be an active player in the economic growth of our region. Freediving is simple A freediver relies on a single breath of air to explore the undersea world. Moving gracefully without wasting energy, a freediver can spend minutes underwater and experience the sea as any other marine mammal does. Recreational freediving runs the spectrum from snorkeling for babies, to making deep dives to see things beyond the range of recreational scuba diving. However, the motivations and activities for recreational freediving are much the same as for recreational scuba. Along with the exploration of the underwater world comes the inner exploration of sensations and personal limits.
A freediving experience like no other... Come with us for a once in a lifetime experience and freedive with big red tunas. We will be collected from the island of Carloforte by friends in their boats and then set sail for the Tonnara. Put on a wetsuit, snorkel, gloves and fins then jump in and swim with one of the fastest fish in the world, the red tuna. No other tour, dive or holiday company in the world can offer you this one day incredible experience‌ It’s fin-tastic fun for any age. Our friends will also show you how they fish Tunas, explain the production cycle visiting the historical and traditional farms and how they interact with the marine environment.

Gulf of Cagliari and World War II wrecks The Gulf of Cagliari is a large bay in southern Sardinia. It is enclosed between Cape Carbonara to the east and Isola dei Cavoli and Cape Spartivento to the west. It measures about 60 km from east to west and is around 30 km across. Underwater visibility varies from 20 to 40 meters. World War II wrecks characterize the dives in the Gulf of Cagliari. Romagna, Isonzo, Loredan, Entella, LT221, Egle, Marte, Valdivagna and the Chiatta are well known locations for local wreck dive lovers. You just have to choose your favorite ship wreck. We will conduct an emotive underwater experience which produces strong feelings in an atmosphere dominated by the tragic historical events that led to the sinking of these ships. The experienced Mare 360째 dive guide will brief you on the complete history of your chosen wreck while on board a comfortable boat where, after the dive, you will taste some traditional food.
Dive and explore Have you ever lost your temper? Or said something in a moment of anger, which you later regretted? Do you know that the basic principles of diving can apply to normal life and be used to control negative feelings and unpleasant situations? Mare 360째 offers those with technical certifications the opportunity to relive the adventures of the diving pioneers, discovering dive sites known only to a few, where the promontory still appears in its full splendor as it did to the early explorers. Wreck lovers will be lost for choice as there are more than sixty sunken ships resting at depths of between 10 and 120 meters that we dive to regularly, and over the years we have become experts in the stories and mysteries guarded in them. All dives are organized with the appropriate support and safety systems, in line with the specific circumstances and the needs of the team. We offer complete assistance.
Spearfishing adventures Spearfishing is synonymous with respect for nature. Spearfishing is the only form of fishing that allows you to select the fish and put you on par with it. We provide a wide range of spearfishing experiences to suit the needs of beginners through to the most experienced of divers. Our years of experience and local knowledge of the best dive locations along the coastline of Sardinia aim to ensure that you will catch a piece of the most exciting spearfishing action in the Mediterranean sea. Extended Spearfishing safaris from 1-5 days give you the flexibility to dive at different locations that offer different species, sea bottom formations and areas. These trips are great to help you get that fish you have dreamed about and also to learn more about equipment, techniques and fish behavior. Spearfishing and marine foraging No other form of fishing allows the participant to ensure that the catch is not only the right species but is also big enough to bring in, before the fish has been caught. By getting in to spearfishing you can make sure that the fish you eat is coming from a completely sustainable methodology. Mare 360°, promote spearfishing as a great way to gather food for your table rather than a sport. We will give you spearfishing theory, sustainable fishing training, breath hold training, dive technique training, equipment training, followed by water spearfishing and gathering training.

You can also give your children a chance for a full day amazing experience aimed purely at hand gathering. Look for edible marine plants, seaweeds, mollusks and crustaceans. Learn how to dive for them, how to collect them and how to use them.
Snorkeling and baby adventures At Mare 360 Snorkel Adventures we provide a variety of affordable, personalized ecotours for children both above, and below the beautiful turquoise waters of Sardinia. We can pick you up at the cruise port or your hotel so you can relax and enjoy the day at your pace. Our highly knowledgeable eco-tour guides can plan the day to suit your level of comfort and experience regardless of which adventure you choose. For the more adventurous, our reef sites provide the option for night snorkeling/ dives, caves and swim-throughs! We will teach your children about marine biology, meteorology and eco-sustainable sea activities.

Your knowledgeable, water-borne historian and guide will take you on the exploration of the seabed between the remains of the ancient submerged Punic-Roman city of Nora and the beautiful coral formations populated by thrushes, damsels, mullet, scorpion fish, moray eels, octopus, bream and mullet. We will also take you for a visit to the recovery center for cetaceans and sea turtles that welcomes, cares for and rehabilitates species of marine mammals and sea turtles stranded or in distress.

Big game adventures Are you tired of having to fight the crew for your rod? On our boats the crews will not hook the fish for you. The skippers and crews are very experienced and are happy to offer advice or tuition where necessary. If this is your first time fishing no need to worry because there will always be somebody there to tell you what to do. Children over the age of 8 are welcome and this could be a good time to introduce your son or daughter to big game fishing.
