Who are we looking for? Professional experience in experiential Jewish education or environmental education; or MA in Jewish Education or Jewish Professional Leadership What are the program benefits? Pardes Center for Jewish Educators The Pardes Center for Jewish Educators (PCJE) trains and empowers Jewish day school teachers and experiential educators to serve as knowledgeable, skilled, reflective and passionate professionals. PCJE offers current and aspiring Jewish educators one- and two-year programs in Israel, which integrate teacher training, Israel education, professional enrichment and text study within the open, inclusive learning community of Pardes. The Pardes Educators Alumni Support Project provides in-service support, professional development and curricular programming in North America.

what is pardes? The Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies is an open, co-ed and nondenominational Jewish learning community, based in Jerusalem and with programs worldwide. Students encounter and grapple with classic texts and traditions of Judaism, while exploring their relevance to today’s most pressing issues.
