Garrett Temple, the third member of the Temple family to play at LSU joining his father, Collis Jr. (1972-75) and older brother Collis III (2000-03), became the all-time leader in minutes played at LSU during his senior season with 4,432, an average of 33.1 a game (old record, 4,276 - Howard Carter, 1979-83) … Played in 134 games, starting 131 with 84 wins … One of just nine players all-time at LSU to play on two SEC Championship teams … Started on the 2006 NCAA Final Four teams … Averaged 7.1 points per game, 4.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game … Finished his LSU career fourth in assists (482), seventh in steals (191) and fourth in blocks (113) … Eight games in double figures scoring, 29 for his career.
