Study Abroad
Contra Costa Community College District invites you to participate in our study abroad programs. Courses are taught by our own Community College Professors and may be UC and CSU transferable. Students can enjoy and learn from their valuable experiences in a foreign country, while completing course credits from their host college. Financial aid is available to students that qualify. Below is a list of future offerings:
Florence, Italy Spring Semester 2014
People from all over the world visit Florence’s museums and churches, but the city is more than just a constant reminder of art history. It is a busy city throbbing with Italian vitality, a city for young people with cafes, shops and cinemas. Whether reliving the renaissance, indulging in opera or feeling the passion of an Italian soccer match, Florence is an experience worthy of discovery.
Paris, France
Fall Semester 2014
A campus for the Contra Costa Community College District in Paris, France. Los Medanos students can take credit classes while spending a semester living and studying in Paris. The living accommodations and classrooms are located in the heart of Paris at FIAP “Jean Monnet” at 30 Rue Cabanis, 75014 Paris.
