PREPARAZIONE SUPPORTI: Legno nuovo: Assicurarsi che il supporto sia perfettamente asciutto e stagionato. Se necessario stuccare eventuali fori o imperfezioni con STUCCO IN PASTA e carteggiare; infine pulire le superfici. Applicare due o più mani di LEGNO NUOVO seguendo le indicazioni tecniche sotto riportate. Legno Verniciato: è possibile trattare con l’impregnante i vecchi manufatti in legno se preventivamente ed accuratamente sverniciati. Usare a tal scopo uno sverniciatore universale. Pulire accuratamente le superfici ed applicare due o più mani di Legno Nuovo Cerato seguendo le indicazioni tecniche sotto riportate. Avvertenze: Con l’applicazione di più mani successive le tinte tendono a scurire. METODI APPLICATIVI: Pennello e Rullo: Pronto all’uso - Applicare 2 mani di Legno Nuovo Cerato intervallate da leggera carteggiatura. Si consiglia una terza mano per legni assorbenti. Spruzzo : Diluizione 10 % con acqua - Applicare 2 mani di Legno Nuovo Cerato intervallate da leggera carteggiatura. Si consiglia una terza mano per legni assorbenti. Aspettare 6 - 8 ore tra una applicazione e la successiva. Per l’esterno si consigliano tinte colorate perché il pigmento conferisce una maggiore protezione al legno dai raggi UV.
WAXED WATER PROTECTIVE IMPREGNATING FOR WOOD. Water-based impregnating product added with protective waxes which make the wood water-repellent. It penetrates deeply protecting it from the attacks of atmospheric agents. It highlights the veins without altering them and gives the wood a satin and natural look. Easy and quick to apply, it does not turn yellow, does not peel over time so it does not require sanding. USE: for wooden products in general, untreated, for interior / exterior. The product does not lend itself to being overpainted due to the presence of wax. SURFACE PREPARATION: new wood: make sure that the surface is perfectly dry and seasoned. DILUIZIONE. Pennello-Rullo: max 2%. Diluente sintetico o acquaragia. PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO. Superfici in ferro già verniciate: togliere la vecchia vernice non perfettamente aderente, carteggiare con carta abrasiva finissima, applicare la 1a mano di RISOLVO. Quindi dopo 24 ore applicare la 2a mano. Superfici in ferro mai verniciate: assicurarsi che la superficie sia asciutta e priva di unto; spazzolare con spazzola di ferro, lavare con diluente nitro e procedere come sopra indicato. Ottima brillantezza ed eccellente copertura, adatto per applicazioni di interni ed esterni. Elevata resistenza agli ambienti marini e montani. Eccellente per la nautica. CAMPI D’IMPIEGO. Indicato principalmente per la verniciatura di lamiere zincate, alluminio, alluminio anodizzato, legno, plastica, cemento, PVC, ferro, vetro, ottone, rame, plastiche semirigide, formica, ceramiche (verticali), ecc. DILUIZIONE. Pennello-Rullo: 5%-10% in peso con Ragia Minerale. Spruzzo: 5% in peso con Diluente Sintetico. PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO. Superfici nuove metalliche ed in plastica: assicurarsi che la superficie sia perfettamente asciutta e pulita, altrimenti sgrassare con diluente nitro o acetone. Asciugare poi con un panno pulito. Superfici già verniciate: carteggiare, spazzolare, rimuovere la polvere. Se la superficie è di legno molto poroso, applicare una mano di CEMENT BLOCK; se è in cemento imprimere con ISOL 45, fissativo a solvente. In qualsiasi caso la superficie deve essere sempre ben asciutta ed esente da qualsiasi impurità. Applicare lo smalto con temperature comprese tra +5°C e 30°C. NOTIZIE UTILI.
