DIRECTIONS TO LMU
The Loyola Marymount University campus is located in Westchester at 1 LMU Drive, approximately four miles north of the Los Angeles International Airport. WHEN TRAVELING TO LMU, BE SURE TO USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED OFF LINCOLN BLVD. You can get directions from the guard at the front gate. FROM THE LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Travel north on Sepulveda Blvd. Remain in either of the left two lanes and merge onto Lincoln Blvd. Follow Lincoln Blvd north past Manchester Blvd. Turn right onto LMU Drive. FROM THE SOUTH: Travel on 405 North, exit on Jefferson Blvd., and turn left. Head west and make a left onto Lincoln Blvd. Head south and turn left into the campus on LMU Drive. FROM THE NORTH: Travel on 405 South, exit on Jefferson Blvd., and turn right. Head west and make a left onto Lincoln Blvd. Head south and turn left into the campus on LMU Drive. FROM THE EAST (USING THE 105 FREEWAY): Travel on 105 West, exit on Sepulveda Blvd., and go north. PARKING INFORMATION Paid parking and parking assignments are enforced Monday through Friday, from 8am to 8pm. California Vehicle Code (CVC) regulations and timed spaces are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The University cooperates with local, state, and federal agencies. Vehicles found in violation of such agencies’ regulations are subject to their independent enforcement as they would be on any public street. Parking and Transportation requires that all drivers review the University’s rules and policies prior to parking on-campus. Vehicles not in compliance may be cited and/or towed at the owner’s expense. TEAM / GAME OFFICIALS PARKING As a visiting team or game official, your charges to park while on our campus will be arranged for and paid by the LMU Athletics Department. A member of our coaching staff, our game manager, and/or our athletics facilities staff will reach out and communicate with you about your trip to LMU. We will need to know how you will be traveling to campus (i.e. either bus or vans) and how many vehicles you have. • Teams and Game Officials must park in Lot B directly in front of Gersten Pavilion. Spaces will be provided at no cost ONLY on game days. • For team practices on non-game days – LMU does not provide free parking. Teams will be responsible for payment to park. Spaces will also not be reserved for practices on non-game days. • Teams using commercial buses must park along Loyola Blvd immediately in front of Gersten Pavilion on campus. Buses may not park off campus and may not enter or exit via the South gates of campus. Entry and exit must occur via the Lincoln Blvd entrance to campus. • Teams using commercial buses will not be charged to park for games or practices. • Game officials do not need to contact LMU regarding parking. We receive your names prior to your arrival by our conference office. • For teams and officials – a representative from our Facilities staff or our game manager will email and call you at least 7 days in advance of your game here at LMU. They will supply you with a parking pass that you will be responsible for printing out and placing in the windshield of your vehicle(s). Parking spaces will be provided. • Please park in a reserved numbered space as designated by the signs as you enter Lot B. They may or may not be marked with reserved signage. If signage is present – simply move the sign and park your vehicle. If no signage is present – be certain to park in a space that is designated on the main signs as you enter Lot B. • A Facilities representative or our game manager will need to provide to you via email with a parking pass that will need to be displayed on the dashboard in your vehicle. If a representative has not contacted you – be sure to use the directory above and call to get assistance. Do not park on campus without a parking pass or you will receive a parking citation (and Athletics will not be able to seek relief from that citation for you). • If there are any issues, please contact Shane Howell at (310) 210-3783 or Angelo Rawles at (424) 207-0401 and they will be happy to assist you. VISITING FANS Please inform fans that there will be charges to park while attending the game. The charge for parking is $2.50 for the first 40 minutes and $2.50 for every 20 minutes thereafter, capping at a maximum of $12.50 per day. All vehicles parking on campus must register at a kiosk pay station, regardless of the length of time they park. Visit LMU.edu/parking for full information and how to register for visitor parking. For administrators or staff traveling to the contest (separate than the team), we request they contact their counterpart within the LMU Athletic Department (Example: Athletics Director, please contact the office of Athletic Director Craig Pintens; Sports Information, contact Sports Information, etc.). OTHER VISITING TEAM INFORMATION TRAINING ROOM Visiting teams will be provided access to our Athletics Training Room for any practices or games. The training room is located on the East side of Gersten Pavilion. Please contact our athletic training staff for any assistance needed. VIDEOTAPING Visiting teams can videotape per guidelines established in the WCC, WWPA, or GCC handbooks. Space if available at all of our home venues for videotaping purposes. Video exchange will occur per the policies in the above mentioned handbooks. LOCKER ROOMS / SHOWERS A locker room and showers will be provided for visiting teams. In some cases when multiple events are hosted at LMU, we may be challenged in providing locker room space or showers, however, we will do our best to accommodate. PRACTICES Practice times will be accommodated as best we can for teams desiring them. Please communicate well in advance (at least 2 weeks) with a member of our coaching staff for practice time. Some restrictions may apply, depending on the venue and other scheduling constraints. GAME MANAGEMENT CONTACT A member of the LMU administrative staff will introduce themselves to you after your arrival. They will be on hand before, during and after the game to assist with any needs that you may have.

VISITING TEAM COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS WEST COAST CONFERENCE VISITING TEAM COMPLIMENTARY TICKET POLICY Per the West Coast Conference, the following complimentary ticket policy will be applied and enforced for all WCC ticketed competitions: • BASE – 50 General Admission tickets • MBB/WBB – 20 seats behind visiting bench, 4 AD tickets behind visiting bench and 40 Upper Level tickets • MSOC – 40 General Admission tickets • WSOC – 40 General Admission tickets • WVB – 30 General Admission tickets NON-CONFERENCE VISITING TEAM COMPLIMENTARY TICKET POLICY It is the policy of LMU Athletics that we DO NOT offer complimentary tickets to non-conference visiting teams in our five (5) ticketed sports. Under special circumstances, exceptions may be made by obtaining approval of the Sport Supervisor, External Relations and the Business and Finance Office prior to the contract being signed. These exceptions may be made at the discretion of the athletics department and with approval of the above mentioned. Any approved complimentary tickets offered to non-conference visiting teams MUST be reflected within the game contract. PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary tickets received CANNOT be sold. Complimentary tickets CANNOT be traded or bartered for goods and services. Complimentary tickets CANNOT be given to Prospective Student-Athletes.
