Associate in Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting Technology The physical th~rapy assistant will work in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and other health-related centers performing the more elementary phases of physical therapy for patients of all ages. The physical therapy assistant will work under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

Requirements for Acceptance:

1. Matriculation in Cuyahoga Cammunity College.

2. High school graduate or equivalent.

3. Completion of Physical Therapy Assisting Application. 4. Have a completed Health Form On file with your application to Cuyahoga Community College. 5. Completion of high school biology with a grade of "COO or better. Students who have not taken high school biology must complete Biology 440-121 prior to admission to the program. 6. Personal interview with program coordinator. 7. Completion of all admission requirements by May 15.
