River Hill Farm is owned and operated by Barry and Elaine Ducherer along with their daughter Carla and son Cory. Located in the Battle River valley between Maidstone and Neilburg, Saskatchewan, it was first established as a mixed farming and trucking operation in 1975 and later grew to include the Speckle Park breed. Disputes In case of disputes the bidding will be reopened between the parties. If there are no further bids, the buyer will be the person the auctioneer accepted the last bid from. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
Purchaser’s Risk Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale. If the animals are not taken home by the new owner sale day, arrangements must be made with the seller on March 31, 2012 for delivery. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured.
