RIVER HILL FARM River Hill Farm is owned and operated by Barry and Elaine Ducherer along with their daughter Carla and son and daughter in-law Cory and Katlin. Located in Battle River valley between Maidstone and Neilburg, Saskatchewan, it was established as a mixed farming and trucking operation in 1975 and later grew to include Speckle Park Breed. TERMS
The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable sale day in Canadian Dollars, March 29, 2014, to the producer of the animals, service or product purchased. All settlements must be made with the sale clerk before the animals will be released, unless there has been an agreement made between the seller and purchaser prior to the sale.
DISPUTES
In case of disputes the bidding will be reopened between the parties. If there are no further bids, the buyer will be the person the auctioneer accepted the last bid from. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
PURCHASER’S RISK
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale. If the animals are not taken home by the new owner sale day, arrangements must be made with the seller on March 29, 2014 for delivery. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured.
HEALTH GUARANTEES
All bulls are guaranteed breeders and in good breeding condition. **Each producer has the right to collect semen at their expense and the owner’s convenience on any bull sold. **All announcements made from the auctioneers stand take priority over catalogued material.
