A Brigadeiro is a type of Brazilian dessert that was created in 1940. Its alternative name is Negrinho. It is a national icon that is usually served at important occasions.It is made of condensed milk cocoa powder, butter, and chocolate sprinkles to cover the outside layer.

NORTH AMERICAN DESSERTS Did you know a woman from italy named Catherine de Medici introduced frozen desserts? Of course ice cream was one of the main desserts. At first it wasn’t available to the public, but know you see ice cream shops all over the world. Ice cream is one of the most original and delicious desserts in North America. There is not just plain jane vanilla ice cream any more, there is all kinds of flavors. Some of those flavors include mint chocolate, strawberry, chocolate, sorbet, cotton candy, and so much more. There is one special thing that makes ice cream taste even more delicious. That is the toppings. There are many topics that we have here in North America. Like sprinkles, oreos, snickers, whipped cream, strawberries, gummy bears, marshmallows, and so much more.You can never go wrong with putting any toppings on you ice cream, especially with all the different flavors. Thai steamed coconut -Pandan Cake is a sticky and slimy jello. That has steamed coconut milk inside of the layers .It also has sticky rice flour inside of the layers with the steamed coconut milk.
Thai mango sticky is a very traditional dessert. It has fresh mango, coconut milk and glutinous rice. This rice is not available in the U.S. so unless you have connections you won’t be able to have it unless you leave U.S. BY: BLP

Indian Desserts GULAB JAMUN This dessert is weird it has chocolate of course, and to prepare it they put flour in some dough and then deep fry it with some special sauce at the end as a glaze.They had to be really creative to come up with this combo JALEBI This is aso a fried food. This is deep fried flower covered in sugar syrup at the end to give it that golden shiny look. This is kinda like funnel cake just without the powdered sugar and instead with sugar syrup BAL MITHAI This is chocolate like fudge with roasted khoya ( dairy product/ evaporated milk cream ). Then it is covered in white sugar balls or sugar pearls, this is where it get it’s sweetness. Some say that it gets it’s name from A sun god. 9

This is a Swiss nut cake it is a awesome dessert and is gluten free and little lemon, vanilla extract, whipped eggs, mixed together together. Put in right shape and put them in the oven 12 and they are finished.

EUROPEAN FOOD
This Europea journey has been the best, I got to try different foods from different countries such as Germany and Switzerland. I tried molten Lava Cake and Beliner. They were delicious. They are also easy to make so when I get home I will try to make these.I will love to go back and try these again.
