Breakfast

Breakfast is a meal eaten around the world. It is also the first meal eaten during the day. Breakfast boosts your energy and starts off your day, right. It also helps your metabolism, keeps you healthy, and helps your glucose levels throughout the day. Breakfast is the most important because nutrients in breakfast that are not eaten are less likely to be compensated throughout the rest of the day --- 3


Brunch Brunch is a late morning meal eaten instead of Breakfast and Lunch. Brunch is a combination of food that is in breakfast and lunch eaten usually during the late morning but it can extend to as late as 3pm. The word is a portmanteau of breakfast and lunch. Brunch originated in England in the late 1800s, served in a buffet style

Lunch Lunch is the second most important meal of the day because some people don't eat breakfast, so it can be the one meal everyone eats if they don't eat breakfast and it’s before dinner. --- 5


Dinner Dinner is after lunch, after all of the hard work. You eat dinner so you can get a good sleep. I mean, you need energy for the next day right? Mostly, Dinner is served in the evening or midday, it can be honorary dinner.

Meals around the World Meals around the world are like gatherings for the family to enjoy and bond together. In the U.S, the people eat steak and veggies. In

Canada

the middle eastern part, we eat rice, meat, and veggies.

Most of the meals in Canada consist mostly of bacon. pemmican , arctic char, venisons, goose, and lobster. They also eat Montreal smoked meat which is a traditional thing

Chinese Chinese food is very common in the city. Just so you don’t know where it came from, it was originated in china. It’s a symbol during the chinese new year as believed to bring good luck. --- 8


Italian Italians mostly eat pasta and rice. Pasta and rice and the most popular foods for the Italian. Lasagna, spaghetti, ziti, fusilli, linguine and many other types of pasta noodles are combined with a range of sauces, vegetables and cheeses. --- 9


Mexican Food Mexican food is a combination of indigenous mesoamerican cooking with european and spanish. Spainish was added after the conquest of the Aztec Empire in the 16th century.

Thai cuisine Thai people mostly eat rice, or noodles, with curry, and soup followed by a dessert some of the foods that they eat are traditional foods. This picture right here
