Alternatively, for a small charge, Redline can make the necessary updates on your behalf. (Note: we need the full domain account details to be able to do this update)

FAQs Q. Will I be able to edit my website? A. Yes, you will be provided with easy to follow instruction in a Redline Content Management System manual when your website is launched. You will be able to edit content, add images and much more – instantly! However, if you prefer someone else to manage the website, Redline can update the content under a monthly maintenance contract. Q. What if I would like a website which is not listed in your brochure? A. We offer a range of add-on website services which means that you can cherry pick the exact services that you require. However, if you don’t find what you are looking for, please contact us. Q. Do I need to provide content? A. No, it is not necessary to provide content (unless you would prefer to use your own text and images). All three of Redline Company’s website design packages include stock images and text written in English, the number of pages provided will depend upon the package. See packages. Q. How can I speed up the process? A. In order to ensure a smooth and speedy process it is important that all requirements are discussed and agreed upon in the first instance. Changes in direction, additional features and lack of details are the main causes for delay. Q. Can we have a multilingual website? A. Yes, Redline Company can build a website with multilingual functionality if required. Q. Will a new website be secure? A. Websites built with a Content Management System (CMS) can be vulnerable if not maintained. Keeping your CMS secure means ensuring that your website is updated as you would with your own personal computer. If you don't plan on maintaining your website, you could consider a static HTML website. However, although a static HTML website is arguably the most secure option, updating the content wouldn’t be as simple. There is no failsafe way to prevent hacking, but regular updates with the latest security patches can help prevent attacks greatly.
