The property was completely remodeled in 1905 and renamed the Alps Hotel and Resort, and the original liquor license was signed by Teddy Roosevelt. A recent massive restoration project has allowed current owners John and Jeannie Vanderhart to maintain the historic richness of the Alps Boulder Canyon Inn.
