Raised in Plantation, Florida, Michelle Farber Ross has strong roots among the South Florida Community. She was solely responsible for relocating Garda’s North American headquarters from California and procured $1.0 MM in city, county and state grants and tax relief for the company, as well as relocating key personnel to the area. Recently MMD Realty has launched the sales of Aquavita Las Olas, a luxury waterfront mid-rise condominium project, set to break ground in November/December 2013. One month after the project received city approvals at the August 21st PZB meeting, the sales team secured fifteen reservations with only seven units remaining. The latest milestone for MMD Realty was the move to their new Fort Lauderdale Beach area location. Their new office is located one block from A1A on the south side of Sunrise Boulevard. This move was timed strategically so the agents could capitalize on the high season beach traffic and generate sales. Within the last month, since relocating their office, MMD has extended the hours to accommodate patrons walking to-and-from the neighborhood restaurants and have serviced over 30 walk-ins. Thankful for the opportunities afforded her, Ross always tries to pass unmatched opportunities to her agents.
