being a defender of the fatherless As Lifeline enters another exciting year, we are foremost seeking the Lord to guide our ministry in our resolve to disciple orphans and vulnerable children. As we seek to engage with children, families and the local church, we are looking for partners who share in our vision.
4 strategic initiatives for 2014 Double the number of families licensed through our foster care and Safe Families initiatives domestically. Establish indigenous care opportunities in China, Uganda and other countries where children are in desperate need of physical and spiritual care, such as foster care and family preservation. Expand our training initiatives by empowering and equipping 11,000 teens to make positive decisions based on truth to prevent teen pregnancy. Strengthen families in their post-adoption journey by increasing educational resources, expanding our counseling services, and providing live Crossings trainings in all 10 Lifeline-licensed states.
