Off-Season Conditioning Program

“Nick is one of the hardest working hockey players I have ever met. The work ethic that he possesses on and off the ice only makes the people around him better. His knowledge for the game as well as strength and conditioning has allowed him to create a program that will push any hockey player to find the edge they’ve been looking for.” - Lindsey Gullett Castleton Spartans - NCAA Div III

Off-Season Off-Season Conditioning Program Conditioning Program

“I have been training for ten years for hockey. It wasn’t until I started training with Nick that I have really seen the greatest improvement in my power, strength, and recovery. Having Nick’s knowledge in strength and conditioning has really improved my hockey and has allowed me to compete at the professional level.” - Travis Martell Knoxville Icebears, SPHL “Westy’s unwaivering commitment, organizational skills and professional decorum significantly impacted our team strength, speed, and conditioning results this past year. His knowledge and understanding of team dynamics coupled with a strong academic base not only contributed to our athletes’ improved performance but also fostered a unique chemistry vitally necessary to compete at higher levels.” - Al Jean
