The Levy Restaurants Catering Sales office is available Monday –Friday from 10:00am–5:00pm to discuss any Private Dining catering options and to assist you with your food and beverage selections.

ORDERING FOOD AND BEVERAGE To ensure the highest level of presentation, service and quality, we ask that you contact our catering sales department at least 2 months prior to your event. Food and beverage minimums will apply to all private dining events and are based on group size and event date. To book a catered event we require a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit. All food and beverage selections must be made one month prior to the event date. Payment is due two weeks prior to the event date. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer of Ravinia Festivals and Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or beverage into the dining area.

SPECIALIZED ITEMS Levy Restaurants will endeavor to fulfill special menu requests, including kosher and special dietary needs. We would need this information to be discussed during the booking process. We can provide for an upcharge, specialty linen, centerpieces and décor to make your event a truly memorable experience Our house linen, china and glassware are included in your pricing.

ASSESSED CHARGES Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a 21% service charge plus any applicable taxes. This service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payments for tips or gratuity, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
