of consistent deep green colored stone, having shallow parcel gilt carving to one side depicting a figure seated atop a rock with a text held closely to his face and holding a craggy staff, having a calligraphic inscription with five seal marks in the top register, the other side depicting a figure seated beneath a tree holding a small vase with burning incense before a deer with a lingzhi branch in its mouth, having a calligraphic inscription in the top register with three seal marks and one seal mark at the bottom left corner, raised on a wood stand.
