Try To…

… Waste no time with envy. Life is hard on its own and in the end no one has more than deserved.

… Don’t forget compliments received. Forget if someone has offended you and when you achieved that, please, teach me.

… Understand the origin of the problem before assume you have the best solution for it.

… Feel no guilty when you do not know what to do next. Just be prepared and flexible for what will come after that.

… Be proud of your work, without over congratulate yourself.

… Act, reflect and smile, but not necessarily in this precise order.

… Trust your intuition and believe in your senses.

… Just try.

On the following pages you will find records of my research, ideas development, question and answers (in red), quotes and some tiny little notes on the right (page) , which I prefer to call reflections.

… Waste no time with envy. Life is hard on its own and in the end no one has more than deserved.

Life is hard on its own and in the end it is only you against yourself. According to my dictionary, envy translates as: “A feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else’s possessions, qualities, or luck.” No one has more or less than deserved.

‌ Don’t forget compliments received. Forget if someone has offended you and when you achieved that, please, teach me.

Courtesy and humility are always together. Calm and politeness are tools to be used at anytime. Mankind is able to forgive without to forgeting.

‌ Understand the origin of the problem before assume you have the best solution for it.

No one likes to do the same job twice, unless one get paid for it. The easiest problem for you to solve is the one you create. With every problem lies the opportunity to learn.

‌ Feel no guilty when you do not know what to do next. Just be prepared and flexible for what will come after that.

Do not feel guilty if you do not know what to do with your life. The most interesting people I know did not know what they want to do when they were twenty-three. And some of the most interesting mid-fourties I know, still don’t know . Do not suffer before due time.

‌ Be proud of your work, without over congratulate yourself.

Be proud of your work and yourself. If you do not valorize your hard work, your skills and your beauty, do not expect others to do that for you.

‌ Act, reflect and smile, but not necessarily in this precise order.

Reflect, act and smile but the order does not really matter if there is a smile in it. Things become more interesting when we start to say “yes more often. It is important to think and re-think on the reasons before you act and/or react to someone or something.

18

‌ Trust your intuition and believe in your senses.

Believe or not, you have much more than five senses. Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning. Devote good time to do good things.

‌ Just try.

Try something because you want to, never because someone is pushing you to do so. Try to learn new things everyday. And keep in mind to try to measure the consequences of your actions.
