JCG Foundation launch the JCG Loyalty Card Scheme for JCG Parents, Alumni and Staff
As a thank you, any member of the JCG family who kindly donates a minimum sum of £5 a month, for one year, or a one off payment of £60 to help run the JCG Foundation, will receive a JCG Foundation Loyalty Card. The JCG Foundation Loyalty Card will give Parents and Alumni access to a myriad of potential discounts from participating retailers on certain goods and services. This scheme has been developed to help fund the running costs of the Foundation so any money we raise, both now and in the future, will be available to go directly to help support our Students and Alumni. If every Family from JCG treated themselves to a Foundation Loyalty Card it would create £60K a year. There is a huge amount we can do with that amount of money from bursaries to other initiatives that support JCG and learning in Jersey. This card provides a vehicle to support your child’s school whilst saving money at the same time!

How do I sign up? Simply complete the attached registration form and return to: The Loyalty Card Scheme, JCG Foundation, Le Mont Millais, St Saviour, Jersey JE2 7YB Send the attached standing order form to your bank or make a cheque payable to the Jersey College for Girls Foundation and send to the address above. Once we receive confirmation you will be sent your family Loyalty Card and can begin supporting and saving!

Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions on which your Loyalty Card are offered are as follows:
1. Definitions ‘Foundation’ means the Jersey College for Girls Foundation which was incorporated as an association under Article 4 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l’incorporation d’associations on 29th October 2010;

Further, this discount will not apply to any items that have from time to time been specifically excluded by the Retailer at its sole discretion from the scope of the scheme.
‘JCG Foundation website’ means the website found at www.jcgfoundation.com ‘Member’ means any member or former member of the Foundation;
6. Neither the Foundation nor any Member or Officer will incur any liability in the event that a Retailer (i) refuses to honour a discount pursuant to the scheme at any time for any reason or (ii) decides for any reason to opt out of the scheme.
‘Membership card’ means the card applied for by you and issued to you by the Foundation pursuant to which a Retailer may offer you discount;
7. The membership card may only be used by you. It is not transferable and no more than one membership card may be issued to any person.
‘Officer’ means any officer or former officer of the Foundation;
8. Neither the Foundation nor any Member or Officer is liable for any products or services provided by any Retailer. No endorsement of any Retailer is implied by their inclusion in the scheme. Neither the Foundation nor any Member or Officer can guarantee the quality of products and services purchased from Retailers using the membership card.
‘Retailer’ means any retailer listed from time to time on the JCG Foundation website that offers discount pursuant to the scheme; and ‘Scheme’ means the scheme pursuant to which discount is offered pursuant to a membership card. 2. The membership card will be valid from and until the dates specified thereon. 3. You must sign the membership card, as an unsigned membership card will not be accepted by a Retailer. The Retailer may require you to provide an additional form of identity to verify your signature on the membership card and discount may be refused if this additional form of identity is not produced. 4. You must present the membership card to the Retailer at checkout, as no discount will be given once the sale has been registered. 5. As a holder of the membership card, you will receive a discount of up to 30% on the Retailer’s
